Finish OPTIONs

For all finish options, we will hang plastic to minimize residual dust, sand three times, hand sand and scrape, fill perimeter nail holes, trowel fill option per contract, screen, then clean thoroughly. 

Low odor – approximate 4 hour dry time – Best for non-yellowing.

Apply one coat of stain in a standard color of your choice, apply two coats of catalyzed commercial sealer and one coat of Street Shoe – satin – semi-gloss – gloss.
- Option for a second coat of urethane at an additional charge. 

Or, apply one coat of stain in a standard color of your choice, apply two coats of Bona Traffic – Satin – Semi-gloss – Gloss. Option for a third coat at an additional charge.

Mild odor – 8 to 10 hour dry time - Amber in color.

Apply one coat of stain in a standard color of your choice, apply one coat of gloss sealer, screen and clean, apply one coat of polyurethane – satin – semi-gloss – gloss.
- Option for a second coat of polyurethane at an additional charge..

Low odor - best wearability

Apply one coat of stain in a standard color of your choice, one coat of universal sealer,
one coat of Armour ceramic and one coat of Armour Shield satin.

NOTE: These products have strong vapors and staying on the premises is not recommended!

- Synteko is a 2 coat standard finish.

- Glitsa is a 3 coat standard finish (2 Bacca, 1 Glitsa) 

Apply one coat of oil stain in a standard color of your choice, apply a wash coat and burnish in one coat of wax.
